I just couldn’t wait to share this one because we don’t gatekeep good food over here. This Sunday morning, I was in the mood for some fresh, fluffy bagels, so I decided, LET’S MAKE ‘EM.
Ingredients
-2 cups flour
-1.5 cups plain greek yogurt
-3 tsp. baking powder
-1 teaspoon salt (let’s be real, this doesn’t count as an ingredient)

Procedure
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl with your hands until they stick together. Lightly flour your countertop, remove the dough, and knead it on the floured surface (this is to prevent it from sticking). Form a smooth ball, then cut it into 6 even pieces (like a pizza). Roll each piece into ropes (6-10 inches, depending on how big you want your bagels to be), and seal the ends to make a circular shape with a hole. Place the bagels on parchment paper, brush with egg wash, and add your seasoning of choice. Bake for 20 minutes, let them cool for ~5-10 minutes, and they’re ready! You can eat them as is, or slice and toast them for an extra crisp. Serve with cream cheese or have them plain, and enjoy!
